Andy:last month when I told my FS that I spotted some months from 5 to 7 days before af he said that I might have a luteum deficiency, and that makes it extremely hard to become pregant. He send me for bloods so I will find out at my next visit what is going on.

My but it's quiet in here?!?!
I have been in 4 meetings today, and have another just now....grrrrrrr......
Ika : I'm sorry, I really can't help in that department, have't been on those med's before...
2KM : I think they need to be around 20mm to be a really great size?!?! And they can go from 14-20mm in 2/3 days from what I can remember??? I'm not sure, this is going on distant memory here....I could be very wrong!
Andy : I'm agreeing with what Ika said - it's definately not right to spot for so long before AF, and I truelly believe this is hindering your chances. I have lost track, but did you chat to your gynae about this? My gyane precious to this also asked if I was spotting before AF, as this makes a big difference when TTC.
Oh gosh - lost track of what I wanted to say now!!!!!
Will post again when I remember....
AFM : Started Fertomid last night, much to my sons delight!! He made me stick out my tongue afterwards to make sure I had swollowed the pills, heeheeeee Silly boy......
Only thing is, now he is CONVINCED this WILL grow that seed in mommy's tummy!!! So if it doesn't happen, I have ALOT of explaining to do!!
2km, like I say, that's what I think I remember about follicle size. But if they had not been a good size for the CD you were on when he scanned you, he would have told you straight away!!
And I had horrible horrible ov pains while on the last 2 months of the Fertomid previously....and since then (because of the endo) I have ov pain badly (as you are decribing now) every month.
I'm DREADING ovulaiton on the Fertomid now. It has been a year since I last had it, and in a year my endo has come back ten fold.
I'm in for a ROUGH ride.....
Sooooooo....what I'm actually trying to say - BD your heart out!!! Those pains are very normal for an ovulation on Feromid/fertility drugs. And considering your had 3 good follicles, there's a good chance all 3 have developed nicely & are all about to "pop", so to speak
