@Lagogies GOOD LUCK!!!!! Sending all my positive vibes your way and praying for a BFP for you. Keep us posted xxxx
@Abo welcome to the group!! we are all here for you and hope your stay is short. Keep us posted this coming week hope you get your BFP xxx

AFM...CD12. Went in for a scan this morning two follies 13mm and 17mm. Not as good as last month but here's hoping this month we have THE ONE!! No IUI this month, just trigger shot and timed intercourse. We are actively starting the adoption process too though so i'm very excited, its going to be nice to have another focus for a while. Considering seeing the homeopath to do the chinese medicine detox next month before silly season arrives and work is crazy and christmas etc. was chatting to my bestie in durban yesterday and i was telling her i'm super nervous to do this detox as the diet is also pretty hectic, just not sure i can follow it and cut out so many different foods i'm worried it will make me more miserable. but she said maybe its actually a good distraction from TTC, you have to spend so much time planning meals and figuring out what to eat that you won't be thinking about ttc!! which is so true!!! so i think I need to just make a drastic change, if I can survive almost 3 years of infertility I can survive a 6 week detox hahahha!!

Anyway...lots of love ladies...and lots of babydust
xxxx

Thanks for the welcome HoPe2! I have a 35 day cycle, the Dr got me all freaked out when he tested for progesterone on day 21, he said I'm not ovulating, but I have had normal clockwork cycles for the last few months. I did some reading and asked if I can go for a test again on day 28. Had a visit yesterday with Dr Zinn, he said we did the right thing by testing again because my levels were all good and healthy. Everything is normal with ovaries, endometrium lining etc. Just a matter of time I suppose, I'm on day 31 of my cycle at the moment, so here's to hoping no AF arrives and I get my BFP! If not, we will just continue as is with OPK's and hope for the best. Wishing everyone love, luck and positivity for whatever stage they are on at the moment :)

Lagogies, did u do iui on Sunday? If so, how did it go and how are u feeling about it all?
Welcome Abo. Ull enjoy this group. A lot of us have been here a while and shared the joy of success and the burdens of failure. The ladies here are unbelievable. Very supportive.
Im so sorry to hear about your MC. Are u ovulating normally with normal Af? If so, id suggest March for check up. It will put u at a year which may be better than an early check. Dont want too much interruption down there after d&c just a few months ago. Sure the other ladies will swing by with some advice.
Baby dust to u ladies!!!!

Hi all,

I'm new to this forum, 30 years old. 1 miscarriage in January this year, started TTC recently again, it's been a tough 8 months, but getting through it. Anyone been to Dr Zinn? Had a visit with him today and checked me out... he's happy with how everything looks and hasn't put me on anything yet because I am ovulating normally. Husband seems to think I'm stressing myself out, with all the LH strips and app charts. Any advice that worked for you?

Good luck lagogies and
Nicola enjoy your family time.

Im on cd28 so waiting for AF to show up, quick question. I normally go for my annual gynae visits in september but not sure if i should go next month. I had my miscarriage and a d&c in march so i thought maybe i should go in March next year or just stick with my regular annual check up next month.
Have a nice day
