Our one, at 2 years and 2 months, has a very good routine where she HAS to be in bed at 7pm. Our whole daily routine from 6am onwards is based on this fact. Her naps and meals and playtime is worked according to this. She doesn't always fall asleep straight away, but is usually gone by 7:30 - 7:45.

My issue is not getting her to sleep (we walked a long road to get there by the way, it's only been easy the last 6 months or so). My problem is that she can be very restless and a light sleeper. She's usually ok for 2 nights of the week, for the rest one of us has to get up during the night for a bottle (having the hardest time getting her off it!), or something like a dummy that's behind her head (which she could, frankly, sort out herself).

He seems to be waking up irregularly the past few nights - at least last night he slept through.

I still use "boob to sleep" although I really want to stop and find other solutions...

Anybody with Toddlers that have just turned 2 and are fighting bedtime? What do you do to pass the time and get little one off to bed? We are quite laid back about it but it does start getting a little hectic around 10 O'clock. We don't sleep train etc and not interested but wondered how other's are going about it.
