I agree that these ladies sounded very friendly and proffesional and replied quickly.
However I just don't have the cash layout at the moment so I turned to my Sleep sense book for sleep coaching alternatives.
My 10 month old has gone from waking up around 10 times per night and feeding 3 times per night to waking up once or twice (briefly) and not having any night feedings anymore (after 3 tough nights). She is a different baby (in a good way) and her appetite has doubled during the day and her day sleeps lengthened as well!! She is so much happier and content. Success!!

Good luck to all the babies and moms doing sleep coaching! xx
Me again - I know no one replied to my post but I wanted to put my own review on here perhaps it helps another Moomie one day
We made use of Good Night baby and we are pleasantly surprised. It is not
a cry it out method. There is good support structure for mommy, daddy and even the day mother that looks after my little one. I would recommend them to anyone.
In one week my 7month old changed from waking every 45min to hour at night
to sleeping from 18:30pm - 05:20
I know there is lots of controversial reviews on sleep training but why should we not teach our little ones how to sleep properly? We teach them everything else! Being a "ex" sleep deprived mom myself I know how important sleep is for one well being and so much more for a little one growing and developing at the speed of light.
