Whole-wheat wraps with roast chicken, green peppers, onions, guacamola, tomato, cheese & fresh parsley. 

The fruit salad has strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, grapes, mango, litchi's & pineapple. As well as a mix of raw unsalted brazil & cashew nuts and dried cranberries. And of course a bottle of water.
