Lunchbox Ideas - With a crackerbread Featured

Sometimes you can be put off from using cracker breads as they tend to go soggy.

Why not give your child all the ingredients and let them assemble it themselves? I have given the kids Fincrisp with tuna mayo, sliced tomato and cucumber. I have also thrown in a trail mix with a yellow plum. Don't forget a plastic knife!
