For instance you could use rice cakes, corn cakes or rye or wholegrain cracker breads. Ideally you need to choose the ones that are free from sugar, preservatives and additives. Here is an idea using Fincrisp:
- Fincrisp cracker bread with smoked salmon spread, thinly sliced tomato & cucumber
- Kiwi Fruit – skin on (include a plastic knife and spoon so that the kiwi can be cut in half and scooped out with the spoon)
- A handful of walnuts
