I'm a poet and I don't even know it??? :silly:

I would like to know what foods can one pre-prepare and freeze? I've started to go to the gym and like to have something I can just heat up for us and the kids when we get home. (Obviously not every night)

Lasagne and soup freeze well but I'm running out of ideas here!?

I know that this will be quite helpfull for ladies planning ahead for maternity leave as well? So if anyone can please help with WHAT one can freeze and some recipes it will be really helpful.

Thanks in advance! :)

Hi Monique

This is a great idea. I will be referring to this thread in a couple months.

You could do cottage pie, pasta alfredo, pasta sauces, bobotie, pasta bakes, beef/chicken/mutton curry & rice, different meat stews, chicken a la king, chilli con carne and even savoury pancakes.

I will add more later when I think of more.

Have a great day ladies :)
