Ok so Ive pinned it down to red meat! eww.. Ate a hot dog today and was fine with the cheesy sausage but when I took a bite of the boerie roll I could feel it turning my insides

I read an article last night mentioning that sipping on clear sodas like sprite helps and also eating small meals throughout the day. And wake up 20mins earlier to eat some marie biscuits or salty biscuits and then lie down again. Gonna try all these.. I know nibbling on marie biscuits helped the first time. And then everyone tells me gingerbiscuits or ginger ale but I just cant imagine eating or drinking anything with ginger when I feel quesy

lol.. and it gives me heartburn...

Taryn, I also discussed going to a dietician with my gynae and she gave me a nr of one that she sends all the preggie ladies to. Still need to make an appointment. Im a bit worried since Im about 6 -8kg overweight now (was 4 - 6kg over with first time) And I dont want to gain so much again, I was seriously fat after he was born.. lost only 3kg with the birth!! And Im sooo unfit that just going up the stairs gets me panting and wheezing
