Hi stella and maddie it's so good to get updates from you ladies, it's been pretty quiet around here. I haven't been getting email notifications recently so haven't been checking often 

We are done with our nursery and I have a few last minute toiletries to buy this little guy but other then that I'm ready to get my stuff in order. I'm 31 weeks tomorrow so only 5 more weeks to ditch the stitch and I really camt wait to have this guy here already. We had our 4d scan yesterday and unfortunately this little guy is really camera shy, he kept turning towards my back so I will wait till birth to see who he looks like lol

My helper is gone home for the next month or so, so I've made sure to wash out all babys blankys and clothing and bedding  my hubby and mil will set up the cot with bedding the day I'm discharged only. 

My next scan is on the 10th at 32 weeks 3 days and I genuinely just want this little guy out in the world now

I went for my checkup yesterday. I'm 33 weeks now. My placenta has moved, so that's good, but baby is lying transverse, so her head is on my right and bum is on the left. I had been wondering for a while why I haven't felt much pressure down there, now it makes sense. Her brother was head down for most of my pregnancy with him. Midwife said I should try to encourage her to move her head down. Will need to go back in 3 weeks to check progress.

It really is going quick. I feel like I haven't even done anything at home to prepare. Need to still send the baby's clothes to my mom to get washed so that I can pack them away, need to get the campcot and mattress out to be cleaned and put in our room.

Do you ladies think it would be safe to use the same mattress that I used with my son? It wasn't dirtied, just dusty but obviously it will be cleaned.

I am 31 weeks today, was at my doc last week and she is very happy with how baba is doing. Baba already weights 1.37kg. Weve done most of our buying, just need to paint the cot,  get room ready amd still make a shortlist for names.

Seeing doc again on the 20th, is it only me or has the time flown by so quickly, I am so looking forward to meeting our little one.Baba has been very active the last few weeks

it feels so unreal that we are nearing the end and looking out for the birth of our babies.

i'm 31 weeks tomorrow and will have another appointment next week only.
we have been for the 4D scan at 28 weeks and it was just so special. Pic attached. to me he is going to look a lot like his eldest brother, but a lot of people thinks he looks more like his middle brother.
i have literally done no planning or prepping for this little guy yet, and realize i will have to get my things in order before he is here with nothing being ready (except for the cloth nappies)
we have to move around some furniture - no nursery for this little bub, just a cot and cabinet of drawers in our room.

i will definitely have a natural birth and still trying to convince my husband to do a home birth. but we did book a bed in the hospital.

Congrats on the boy

My pregnancy has been somewhat easy so far, no morning sickness again. Just not looking forward to being uncomfortable for the next 7/8 weeks, I'm already struggling doing household chores. SO says I already look like I'm going to pop. Going for my checkup tomorrow. Will also have a scan to check the position of my placenta as it was a bit low the last time I went (around 22 weeks).
