Hi, ladies. I'm only 8 weeks along but have some serious annoying symptoms - my breasts are huge somewhat harder and sore, I feel super fat and flabby, insane tiredness, nauseous throughout the day and I have body aches almost like during a flu. Does anyone have some tricks or tips that I can try out to feel better? I eat healthy and try to exercise a bit too, but I'm really struggling to get through each day, nothing seems fun or nice anymore and I'm just dreading the upcoming months.
Congrats!!! But the hard facts is pregnancy is hard and I feel for you, the best advise I can give you is not to think about the days to come, do it one day at a time. Trimester for trimester don't think to far in the future and there is even some old wife's tales that say the sicker your are the more likely a normal pregnancy ( 10/1 not true but at least it eases the mind)
Good luck enjoy the ride and even though you may not think so you will miss being pregnant once your precious baby is save and sound in your arms.
There is no shame in complaining!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! May this 4 weeks till the end of the 1st trimester fly by!!!!
PS: if the symptoms do make you depro please speak to you doctor. Hormones can sometimes make one feel more down than what is best for you, he/she will be able to help you
It gets better. I'm TTC #2 but i remember with #1 the 1st and 3rd tri were hard. 1st being the worst as u are still adapting. Slow down a bit. Treat each symptom u get in a day as u see fit and u will find by trimester 2 u will be in the swing of things and a little more comfortable.
