Hello Ladies
@Fairychild, sounds very much like implantation bleeding but its still stressful nonetheless - Praying for you.
@MommywannaB, Most Gynae's adopt the "No news is good news" approach.
I know my gynae doesn't call to let you know all is clear - They only call when they have issues. But if it will make you feel better, just call the receptionist and ask her?
@Maj, we also lost our first LO at 7.5weeks and we had also already told EVERYONE!! It does make it difficult having to explain what happened, so this time we opted to only tell the grandparents when we found out at 5weeks, and everyone else after 12weeks - By then we had already been for 3 scans and everything was perfect

On the exercise, I took it easy for the first trimester because I was scared of another MC, I got home every afternoon and rested and slept - It killed me to do it, I generally don't spend much time on the couch but resting is important. Maybe just start on very low impact exercise like walking for now, then work your way up once you have seen the gynae?
Have a great day everyone!! Urgh, this heat is killing me! I might amputate my feet soon! LOL
