Yes they are very pro-natural here and only do c-sec in emergencies. People look at me with wide eyes when I say I elected for a Csec with K Lol!

Anyways, this time around I wanted to try a VBAC using hypnobirthing as I have been doing a bit of research and it looks like that could work for me. I have not seen a gynae as yet so am not sure what he will say or if he will support my decision. My husband is very sceptical with the whole hypnobirthing thing so have to get him on board as well.

Wanted to ask, do you think its possible for me to learn the technique on my own?

Natural births here are the typical births where you get strapped up, induced, membranes rupture and you scream right though it I dont want any of that! Lol! I managed to find a private hospital that allows waterbiths here so will be using their facilities when am due.

Did a blood test which came back positive as suspected and which indicated pregnancy is about 4 weeks now just like I suspected
