Hi Ladies

Yay tomorrow is Friday!! :woohoo:

Nadia: GL with your little girl’s room, it must be heart-breaking. Hope you have a lot of support now. :(

Cherikey: Wow you already have a nice bump to show off! Do you also get the “Hell no it must be two” comments? On what medical aid were you with your previous pregnancy? I’m so curious what is the Mexican Bola for?

Anthea: Yay for maternity clothes time. I bought some stretchy pants and long tops very early in my pregnancy. I am not a very friendly person when my clothes don’t fit so I didn’t even really try squeezing into anything.

Purple Poppie: I heard that some of the gynaes only do c-sections. Maybe they don’t want to do the whole birth process and like to “plan” the births, no births on weekends, holidays etc  . I also think it’s very ridiculous.

Juway: I also had to leave my vits due to MS. And Emex only made me sicker, I couldn’t stand the taste! Hope you are feeling better.

Hi to all the other ladies! Hang in there, it’s almost weekend!

WOW Cherikey - you are sporting quite a bump hey!!! I personally prefer stuff over my bump - i carried big and heavy with my LG and just felt like a ihad more support if clothes went over my tummy. I even bought those Cariwell maternity panties for even more support - actually have one on today

PS: those extender things didnt work for hey... i like the yummy mummy band - you wear it over your current pants: it allows you to leave the buttons and zips undone :woohoo:

They say the anxiety at this stage is perfectly normal... Hope yours passes shortly! Just believe that everything will be fine and all will wwork out in the end!

@Nadia: shame hum! I can only imagine what you are going through hey! All the best with sorting out Mia's room! #big hug...

I agree Nadia, we're off to Bloem this weekend to watch my step son play in an inter-provincial hockey tournement. Hope to do some serious relaxing there!

Here's a pic of me today (with my new Mexican Bola)...

PurplePoppie - Mia's room is still the way it was when she left us :( all her syringes and stuff, is still like it was in the steriliser, haven't had the mood or gut to pack away all her stuff, but i KNOW i need to do it sooner than later :( Look like it will alway's be called "Mia's room"

Cherikey - Sounds like you need a break and just relax!!!

AFM:
Feel so iritated with my clothes, dont know what to wear, everything that i put on, itches me or is too loose or too tight...URGE!!!!!

Morning Ladies

Feels like a whirlwind went through my house... My SIL was visiting with her 4 kids (3 boys under the age of 5)... Chaos i tell you!

I feel absolutely exhausted! Feeling pretty cr@p today actually! Tired, V. irritable, icky, fat the works!

My pants are now far too tight to keep buttoned up so i'm gonna go buy one of those thingy's that you strap between the buttons to extend. I didn't have any maternity pants with my LG and can't bring myself to buy pants this time round (although i'm needing them a lot earlier). I also think they're uncomfy as they sit so high up, i prefer things under my bump.

On the upside, my Mexican Bola arrived yesterday so now i can wear it and feel comfy about tight tops around my bump... As the bola clearly indicates a bump and not a fat roll! My wardrobe just instantly got bigger! YAY!

I've also been feeling really emotional the last few days, so overwhelmed which is strange... Like, how are we going to cope mentally, physically and financially with another (it's actually our 3rd technically as my husband has a son from his first marriage although he doesn't live with us we pay A LOT in maintenance every month). I actually sat in the bath the other feeling rather depressed over this whole pregnancy thing. I also think it's because i'm already having to fork out tons of cash for the Gynae whereas with my first pregnancy i didn't pay a thing!
Can you say: S*T*R*E*S*S*E*D

Have a great day everyone!

Hi purple popppie

Its so sad that your gynae doesnt do normal birth - WTF?!?! :S  I hope you find one that will allow you natural birth: it really is an awesome experience!!

Hey Kelz - thats awesome hey!!! Not much longer to go then till your next scan... I am also patiently waiting to reach the "safe" phase - then hopefully all the horrible will pass too! It seems we are due about the same time too! Where are you situated?

YAY!! So glad its almost Friday! I have decided to get out my old maternity clothes! My normal clothes are so uncomfortable! And i refuse to punish myself anymore!!
