I am following a gluten, sugar, and carb-free eating plan. Since I am not big on proteins and really LOVE my chocolate, I am trying all sorts of recipes. I'll share some every now and again.
One recipe that I just LOVE, is the cauliflower pizza base recipe. My kids also adore it and it's a great way to get cauliflower into their bodies.
Blend cauliflower till it looks like rice
Put in microwave for 8 minutes so that it cooks
Take one cup cauliflower, one cup mozerella cheese, one beaten egg, bit of salt, pepper and whatever spices you'd like to add.
Roll it all in a ball (I use my hands, even though it's very messy) and then pat it so that it looks round like a pizza base.
Put in oven on 240 degrees for 15 minutes.
Voila! You can let it cool, add your toppings and put in for another 7 minutes. Toppings must be pre-cooked.
