I am really struggling loosing my tummy fat or pooch .Has anyone tried anything that works.
I have tried tummy exercises,weight loss pills and even drinking cucumber and lemon water which helped a little.My LO is growing well and I have lost most of my pregnancy weight,but the mid-section is really a problem.

Do you know if you have diastasis recti? My guess is that it could be that and that incorrect exercises could have worsened it. I also only discovered I have it after doing it the "self test". A Physio therapist can help you to strengthen those muscles again with the correct safe exercises.
