Just wanted to say goodluck! I've been banting for the past few months and have lost 7 kg! Im at my goal weight! I didn't read the book at all, just alot of reading on the Internet and searching for recipes etc.
Hubby and I have been banting for almost three years now. He's lost 23kgs and I've managed to maintain my goal weight. Loads more energy, don't get hungry as often. But you should really read the book - it's key to understand the principles behind the lifestyle. Helps with ADD, infertility, etc.
