click start - type "snip" - snipping tool should be listed, run it and select an portion of the screen to show me what its doing. in snipping tool save it to your desktop and add it as an attachment. (you will need to go to the full reply not the quick reply to see the attachment option I think.)

the issue was your bottom ticker (the black one). You had a url encasing the image, something about the formatting of this IE does not like (chrome and FF handle it fine). For now I have removed the url from the image and put it as text below, go ahead and change it to what you want but avoid adding it to the image or if you can change the size of the ticker to be thinner then try add it to the image again.
